I used to believe that life was nothing more than what we see on the surface. No God. No higher power. No source guiding us. I thought our circumstances were handed to us, locked in place, and out of our control. But then I became paralyzed, found God, and discovered purpose. It’s easy to think our circumstances dictate our life, when in reality, it’s our habits that shape our trajectory. ✨ Non-productive habits: Scrolling social media instead of investing in yourself Staying up late binging shows instead of prioritizing rest Surrounding yourself with negativity instead of supportive community ✨ Productive habits: Starting your day with gratitude or prayer Scheduling daily movement or exercise Reading or listening to podcasts to feed your mind I am no different from you. So why are you traveling without a plan for your protein? That’s how most people fall off. Not because they lack discipline, but because they didn’t prepare. If your nutrition only works when life is convenient, it doesn’t work. On the road, after a long day, when you’re in a hotel room like this… you’re either ready… or you’re reaching. That’s why I don’t leave it up to chance. Work hard recover harder . We all know how important it is to work hard towards our goals and our dreams, but it’s easy to overlook the importance of recovering from that hard work. . One reason I think recovery is so important is the impact it has on consistency. We always hear “consistency is key”, and that’s right. It’s not enough to work hard once, or even twice, but time after time after time. The faster I can recover from the work I did previously, the faster I can get back to doing more of that same hard work. . One tool I like to use to increase my rate of recovery is 1st Phorm’s post workout stack. Consisting of only 2 things, ignition and Phormula-1. .
