Ever since getting my @functionhealth results back I’ve been SUPER into tracking my health data

THhealth but make it cute…that’s why I love my @ouraring 🙌🏻
as an avid lover of @ouraring for 2 years, I’m so glad I finally pulled the trigger on the gen.🎉 she’s thinner (the ball sensors removed thank god!), battery lasts longer, even more details + analytics, we love shiny & new and it’s really the most aesthetically pleasing health device I’ve seen on the market.
I am not someone who pushes products, but as someone who uses the ring & app from looking at my sleep score the moment I way up to tracking my day & movement, it’s a product I believe it and it’s the lowest price I’ve seen (which is why I bought the gen 4).
for anyone questioning sizing…
* I would HIGHLY recommend getting the sizing kit first to make sure you are getting the right size that feels best on your finger
** if you already have an oura, the gen 4 will be a bit looser (I got the same size & even got a size down to see and still went with my original size — the smaller couldn’t get over my knuckle).
