❇️THINGS IM DOING DURING 75 MEDIUM - 💚Workout schedule - choosing one that suits you. For me it’s Glutes Monday, Wednesday, Sunday. Abs Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Saturday = REST DAY. Using @madfit.ig for standing Abs & @gainsbybrains for glutes. Both available for free on YouTube . 💚Consistency = results. 3x 10 minute Ab work outs and 3x 20 minute Glute workouts a week is balanced, not under training or over training. 💚Perfection - Working out around mess, around my kids, not waiting for the perfect moment. 💚Steps - 10k+ Every. Single. Day. As I wfh this is easier for me. Setting a step goal that suits you, whatever that is, works hand in hand with working out. I recommend a FitBit, not your phone. 💚Nutrition - 80/20 diet of whole, balanced foods. I believe the body responds better to less UPFs and more natural, whole foods. These will fill you up, make you feel good, and work better alongside your workouts. 💚Rest Days/Cheat Days - IMPORTANT. Rest days are where your muscles with build, cheat days are where your mind resets. Takeaways, chilling on the sofa, you name it. Very important but to be kept at a minimum (one day a week) I hope this answers some of your questions and encourages you to keep pushing.
