When you’re ready to take your results to the next level… it takes some fine tuning. It doesn’t always mean working HARDER, it means working SMARTER and eliminating things that are reversing your work. For ABS… here are 3 tips for getting them to SHOW! 1. Don’t drink your calories: Soda, sugary juices & alcohol can build and store stubborn belly fat. 2. Incorporate HIIT: HIIT training burns mega fat! The short but intense intervals can reduce stubborn fat in the mid-section 3. Be consistent Don’t get discouraged & quit. Stay the course and you WILL get there! * Search through my profile! Do these 5 exercises for a Stronger Core 💪🏼 We have dedicated Core Strength and Ab Workouts on my App @growgirlapp as it’s so important to improve your core not only for overall strength but also for posture, balance, stability, injury prevention and therefore longevity. Try: 1) Kettlebell Pass Around the Body x 6 reps per direction for 2-3 sets 2) Kettlebell Woodchopper x 8 reps per side for 2-3 sets 3) Overhead Hold with Knee Raise x 8 reps per side for 2-4 sets 4) Zombie Sit Ups x 8-10 reps for 2-3 sets 5) Kettlebell Halo’s x 6-8 reps per direction for 2-3 sets (You can use a dumbbell instead of a kettlebell if you prefer) And remember when it comes to strengthening your core, slow and control and movement down and don’t go too heavy! Start off with a light weight and teach your body the movement pattern correctly before increasing your weight. For reference I’m using an 8kg kettlebell here (17.5lbs) but I would rarely go heavier than this with core training! @growgirlapp #corestrength #absworkout #core #kettlebellworkout #strengthtrainingforwomen

Not only are lower abs tricky to target, they’re even harder to show off. This is because upper abs are revealed first when getting into a calorie deficit, so they show up first. Secondly, stubborn belly fat seems to store more in the lower body fat area. As well as doing ab workouts, try to focus on cleaning up your diet consuming single ingredient whole foods. Here is are a few of my favourite hanging lower abdominal exercises: 1️⃣ Alternating Knee Drive 2️⃣ Rising Criss Cross 3️⃣ Knee Tuck to Extension 4️⃣ Up Up Down Down Aim for 15-30 seconds on | 10-15 secs rest x2 sets Save & give it a go!
