TUTORIAL: AI-Masking is finally here!🔥Premiere Pro just got a new AI Object Selection Tool, and it’s a total game changer! Here’s how I used it to isolate my subject directly inside Premiere (without even touching After Effects 😉). Step 01: Grab the Object Mask Tool and draw a quick selection. Premiere automatically detects your subject. I tested it with multiple clips and it worked surprisingly well! Step 02: Refine the mask by drawing to add areas or holding Alt / Option to remove what you don’t need. Step 03: Let Premiere Pro track the mask in both directions and move it to the Opacity panel - background gone! Step 04: Duplicate your clip, remove the mask on the lower layer, and add text in between for the text-behind-object effect. Step 05: Crop for that viral letterbox look. All done directly in Premiere Pro - no manual rotoscoping needed. You can also use the mask for other things like color grading or creative effects. 🤯 I’m doing an Adobe Livestream tomorrow (Oct.29th 2:30pm CET) showing exactly how I created these effects in the video! @adobe you are WILD for this feature — having the ability to create realistic 3D pieces. I’ve learnt a few things learning this; 1. At this stage I’ve found that really delicate fonts don’t work as well or just don’t work at all. You’re better off going big and bold. 2. JPGs seem to work better than PNGs 3. Make sure the size of the image you generate is the same size as your reference image you upload 4. Depending on your prompt and the result you are trying to achieve you may have to adjust it slightly from the prompt structure I’ve given in the reel. Adding things like ‘K shaped Letter’ can also work. 5. You just have to trial and error with this — and keep generating results until you hit the perfect one 🔥🙌 To be even more helpful, you guys can try the prompts I’ve used: PINK GOO: hot pink dripping goo floating, shiny, letter isolated, white studio backround, hyper-realistic BLACK CHROME: Black shiny chrome floatitng, letter isolated, white studio backround, hyper-realistic FLAMES; Fire hot flames, letter isolated, white studio backround, hyper-realistic GRASS; grass shaped K, isolated, white studio backround, hyper-realistic BLACK GOO; black liquid dripping shaped K, isolated, white studio backround, hyper-realistic 👌 #adobefirefly #adobe #adobetutorial #adobetips #ai
