He’s not supposed to be doing that,” President Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One. “I don’t know if they’re real or not. I can tell you he gave classified information. He’s not supposed to be doing that. He made a big mistake.” The president said he does not have an opinion on whether aliens exist. “I don’t talk about it. A lot of people do. A lot of people believe it,” he said. Mr. Obama made the remark during a lightning round with YouTube podcaster Brian Tyler Cohen, who asked whether aliens are real. “They’re real, but I haven’t seen them, and they’re not being kept in, what is it, Area 51,” he said. “There’s no underground facility, unless there’s this enormous conspiracy, and they hid it from the president of the United States.” The comment went viral, prompting the former president to issue a clarification. “I was trying to stick with the spirit of the speed round, but since it’s gotten attention let me clarify,” he said in a statement. “Statistically, the universe is so vast that the odds are good there’s life out there.
