ARDay 4 ➡️ busy day at work followed by a push workout focusing on my chest muscle
🚨 tip-
If you want to lift heavy or have enough energy for a workout-
#have a snack 30-45 minutes before. This could be a carb-rich fruit like an apple or banana.
#alternatively, can also have oats, whole-grain bread or sweet potatoes about 60 minutes before.
✅What I eat usually? - a banana (if I’m lifting heavy) or an apple with a scoop of peanut butter. This combination provides about 150-200 calories.
✅ I pair my snack with a black coffee for extra energy/caffeine. While some people prefer pre-workout, I personally avoid them. Coffee provides a similar amount of caffeine and works just as well for me.
