Big shout to the VR Metaverse community. I heard they're closing Horizon Worlds on headset and it will be strictly mobile. I remember the heartbreak from when they closed Altspace VR! I do appreciate Microsoft collaborating with us to produce Holoportation concerts. I still believe in the technology and Metaverse platform. I actually believe the sweet spot IS MOBILE!!! I enjoyed the immersed headset experience however you can get Nauseous after a while. I believe mobile, ESPECIALLY FOLDABLE PHONES are the ultimate form factor for avatar based social networking and engagement. I also feel when at home or in front of a large monitor you can mirror your mobile device and have an immersed like experience without the nausea while using your mobile device as a joystick or controller. World hopping, shopping, PHYGITAL PRODUCTS, tokenized assets, collectibles tied to blockchain etc are still great ways to host and engage with your community. I like Spatial's mobile platform and the fact you can port over all of your worlds from other platforms (at least the world's I've already invested in) Custom avatars with custom apparel etc are great as well. I see tons of monetization opportunities in this space!!! The platforms need to able to scale the rooms so we can fit a few thousand people or better in the worlds. I haven't been in VR as much because I believed mobile would be more practical for mass adoption. My focus has been developing more assets IRL which will only enhance my Metaverse assets. I already have roughly 10 worlds built. I haven't given up on the tech. KASnuck into VRC last night to test out the publish from Unity to VR Chat and it was such a surreal moment to see my Horizons World “KVR Home” in a new platform at VRC. I still have to learn more things to make it just right but this was such a victorious moment. It makes me excited to keep pushing forward. #kvrhome #kvrteam #vr #meta #kvrstudios1
