In this clip, Charles Glass explains why standard rope pushdowns might be failing you. The Mistake: Keeping your hands neutral (knuckles facing each other) the entire time. This primarily targets the inner/long head. The Fix: As you reach the bottom of the rep, you need to ROLL your wrists out (pronate) and squeeze. That outward rotation is the mechanical trigger that forces the outer head to engage. Small adjustment.
