Sometimes works get skipped cause you you feel you don’t have time! So here is a quick, yet killer arm workout to squeeze into a 15 minute time period! Your Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps will thank you later🔥💪❤️. Also remember to invite your deep core to the party! In all my swipe videos and in every workout going in my Make Fit Simple app I cue breathing and deep core connection no matter the workout style because it should be integrated into everything you do. Exhale and lift the weights inhale as it lowers back to the start position. Enjoy and if you have 20 minutes add in another round💪.
