Advertising often keeps pockets happy and seldom the heart. Products take the lead as we all try hard to battle the five second skip button. Most times, the idea finishes second to the product.
Few and far between comes a film that fulfills the heart. This is one such film. The idea helmed by the creative team at Tribe Communications Pvt. Ltd. for Nerolac Paints, showcases Nerolac’s initiative of giving the street sellers at the Mahakumbh an identity and uplifting them (literally and figuratively).
I am happy to have been a small part of this wonderful project. A stellar crew accompanied me to the Mahakumbh as we bore the cold weather and a gruelling schedule amidst all the other logistical nightmares of this mega world event. I am thankful to Train Tripper Films who moved with me shoulder to shoulder and to my boys who made this film possible. I hope you guys enjoy watching this piece.
