MALink Audio is ACTUALLY an insane new feature that has some serious implications for live performance.
It's not great if you want to play anything in live, but for triggering loops and making sure everything stays in sync it's absolutely wild to be able to send tracks across a network. It also makes the workflow from Move and Note into Live just so much more fluid and enjoyable.
Link Audio is available to try out in the new 12.4 beta, and I highly recommend you give it a go! 🙌

PRVoice is still my favorite form of radio communication. However sending texts over radio has so many benefits. Generally you can get a message sent at a greater distance then voice can be heard clearly. This is all radio, no internet or cell service. These radio can also show your GPS coordinates easily which you could then text to someone on the other end. You can send directed messages to one other person or a group message to multiple radios/people. #radios #offgrid #communication #emergencypreparedness #resilience

LOIs your livestream mix falling flat? 📉 Here are 5 reasons why your broadcast might be suffering (and how to fix them):
1. Same Mix as FOH: Stop sending your main LR to the stream! Use a Post-Fader Bus or Matrix to dial in a dedicated mix.
2. Bad Monitoring: You can’t mix what you can’t hear. Use isolated headphones or step into a separate room.
3. Too Dynamic: Aim for a dynamic range of 5-10dB so viewers aren’t reaching for the volume knob.
4. Overworking the Master: Compress in stages (Channels > Groups > Master) instead of crushing everything at the end.
5. Gain Staging: If the input is bad, the output will be too. Get it right at the source!
