Arriving in Bali⁉️How to skip the lines & arrive smoothly? ⬇️🛬 📌Save this guide to speed up your arrival ⌛️ When we arrived in Bali, we saw many tourists going into the long queues. It made us a bit confused if we also had to stand in line… However… we were prepared! 😍 You can skip all the lines like we did and walk through immigration in less than 5 minutes! Here’s exactly how: Step 1️⃣ Apply for your visa on arrival (VOA) online. 💰Costs: 500.000 IDR (about 30 dollars) for a 30 days stay for a B1 tourist visa 🔗Apply via the official site: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id 🗓️ Do this 1 month in advance to be sure, since it takes a few days before approval Step 2️⃣ Skip immigration lines by using the new e-gates Walk to the gates with your online visa on arrival (see step 1) 🛂 Scan your passport at the e-gates to get through. No officer needed! Get through immigration in under 5 minutes ⌛️ Step 3️⃣ Fill out the electronic customs declaration ⌚️ 72 hours before flying, you can fill in the customs form online ⌛️ It takes about 1 minute… go to the next link: 🔗 https://ecd.beacukai.go.id You’ll get a QR code to exit (📱Screenshot it, so you are not holding up the line) Step 4️⃣ Book your taxi driver before arriving, so you can skip all the drivers welcoming you here and trying to sell you a ride… 🚕 Book via Grab or Gojek and skip all these people. Just go to your driver! Also make sure you already arranged your e-sim so that you can skip all the shops and people trying to sell you one 📳 @orbitmobiletravelesim Also pay the Bali tourist tax online in advance, which is mandatory! 💳 💰Costs: 150.000 IDR (about 10 dollars) 🔗 https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id We know these links may sound strange, but these are the official ones! Omg… are you accidentally that tourist? 😬🇮🇩 Here are 8 things you must keep in mind while travelling to Bali straight from real experience. Save this! 1️⃣ Read reviews properly from lowest to highest. That’s how you get the real picture of the activity/place and what can go wrong. 2️⃣ Renting a scooty? Always rent from your hotel or a trusted online vendor — not random locals. 3️⃣ Avoid Airbnbs if you’re a couple. They are usually in secluded areas and better only for groups. Pick a good hotel after reading recent reviews from the last 3 months. 4️⃣ Don’t buy SIM or e-SIM at the airport. They are overpriced. You’ll get much cheaper options from local vendors in central areas. 5️⃣ Booking ATV? Only through trusted sources. Use Klook / GetYourGuide / or known vendors like Alas Harum — not local street sellers who overcharge and spoil the experience. 6️⃣ Bali Belly is REAL. Avoid cheap nasi goreng from roadside shops — many use impure water. Drink only packed mineral water and even brush your teeth with it. 7️⃣ Travelling from India? Choose flights with the shortest layover in visa-free countries. Pack as per baggage allowance and buy extra luggage before the trip — airport charges are insane. 8️⃣ Respect local culture. You’ll see small offerings outside homes/shops — don’t step on them, even by mistake. Enjoy your Bali trip! It’s a very safe and beautiful country just follow these little tips from real experience and have the best time ever. 🌴✨ [Bali Honeymoon, Indians in Bali, Explore Bali, Things to do avoid in Bali, Bali tips]

Bali tips for Indians 🇮🇳✈️👇 1️⃣ Flying from India? Book a LEFT-side window seat for aerial Nusa Penida views 2️⃣ Visa on Arrival for Indians: IDR 500,000 (~₹2.6–2.8k per person)   ➕ Mandatory tourist levy: IDR 150,000 3️⃣ Carry a universal travel adapter 🔌 4️⃣ Carry a power bank — keep it in your hand baggage and check airline guidelines before flying 🔋✈️ 5️⃣ Download Grab before landing 6️⃣ Use card payments on Grab 💳 7️⃣ Exchange some cash in India — rates vary across exchangers 💱 8️⃣ Carry your International Driving Permit (IDP) if riding 🛵 9️⃣ Bali traffic is REAL — plan buffer time 🚦 🔟 Carry some cash at tourist spots — entry fees & small vendors often need cash 💵 —We travelled only by cabs 🚕— To be honest, we travelled only by cabs in Bali. We didn’t have an international driving licence, and at first we did regret it. But after landing in Bali and travelling around, we realised that for short trips and first-time travellers, cabs felt like the better option. Distances are longer than they look, traffic builds up, roads get dark at night, and after a long day out, being in a cab felt more comfortable for us. This is just my take based on our experience. Hope this helps 🤍✈️ #IndiaToBali #IndianTravellers #BaliTips #BaliTravel

• If you’re saving places instead of learning how to travel here → no café or villa will fix a bad experience • If you’re copying itineraries instead of understanding distances → Bali looks small, but it drains you fast • If you’re chasing “hidden gems” without respecting why they’re hidden → you’re part of the problem • If you think saving 300 spots equals a good trip → it usually equals burnout and disappointment • If you’re planning Bali like a checklist → you’ll leave saying it’s overrated Most people don’t need more saved posts. They need better awareness. ✅ Follow @travelwyulia for Bali tips & real insider recommendations #bali #balidaily #balitrip #baliholiday
