Smoked Hot Honey Jalapeño Popper Dip🔥 Smoked. Spicy. Sweet. This hot honey jalapeño popper dip is the real MVP! 1️⃣ Preheat your @charbroilgrills Pro Series 4-Burner Gas Grill. Using a Charcoal Tray, add Charcoal, set the burners to high and close the lid for 20 minutes. 2️⃣ To a heat safe pan add: •8 oz Cream Cheese •1/2 cup Mayonnaise •2 tbsp Hot Honey •1/3 cup Pickled Jalapeños, chopped •2 tbsp Chives, chopped •1 tsp Garlic Powder •1/4 tsp Onion Powder •1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded •1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded •8 Slices Bacon, crumbled 3️⃣ Add smoking chips to the Charcoal and place the dip on the opposite side of the charcoal. 4️⃣ Smoke at 375f for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. 5️⃣ Top with more Bacon, Hot Honey & Chives. #gamedayfood #bbqrecipes #diprecipe #backyardbbq #easyrecipes

That sweet + smoky balance is perfect, and it gives everything I cook that clean, real wood-fired flavor. Their lineup of pellets and wood chunks seriously doesn’t miss… it’s the easiest way to level up your smoke. Smoked low, glazed in BBQ sauce, then finished with a drizzle of homemade Bacon Aioli and crispy bacon crumbles. The perfect bite for a Super Bowl cookout, game day spread, or if you’re trying to flex at the tailgate 😎🔥 _______________________________________ 🧂 Ingredients •1 lb bacon •8 manicotti shells (uncooked) •1 lb ground beef •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese •2 tbsp my Cajun Honey Rub @tftibbq.shop •1 cup BBQ sauce (glaze) •Bacon crumbles (for garnish) Bacon Aioli: •1 tbsp garlic paste or 2 cloves •1 egg •1 egg yolk •2 tbsp lemon juice •1/2 tsp Dijon mustard •1/2 tsp salt •1/2 cup pure bacon grease cooled to room temperature •1/2 cup light extra virgin olive oil _______________________________________ 🔥 Instructions 1. Combine ground beef, cheddar, and my Cajun Honey Rub. 2. Fill uncooked manicotti with the meat mixture. 3. Wrap each shell tight then place in the fridge overnight for the manicotti to soften. 4. Place on smoker at 300°F for about 1 hour, or until bacon is rendered. 5. Brush on BBQ sauce and let it tack up for 10 minutes. 6. Drizzle with Bacon Aioli and sprinkle on bacon crumbles. Smoked BBQ Saltine Crackers These are a super easy appetizer to make! Recipe • Place 1 cup melted butter in a container then add 1 cup oil, ranch seasoning packet, 3 tbsp bbq rub, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1/3C BBQ sauce. Mix thoroughly until fully combined. • Place the crackers in a gallon ziplock bag then pour the mixture over top. • Gently flip the bag a few times to make sure all of the crackers are coated. • Let the bag sit flat for 5 minutes then flip and let it sit flat again. Repeat 2 times. • Place the crackers on a wired rack with a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil underneath. You will likely need two different sheet pans and wire racks. • Evenly spread out all of the crackers onto the wire racks laying them flat. • Place them on the smoker at 200F for 1 hour. • Once the mixture has adhered to the crackers remove them and let them cool down. • Serve in a dish and enjoy! #bbq #cooking

It was just one of those ideas that sounded unhinged enough to work. I took my favorite fast food burger from In‑N‑Out Burger and mashed it together with barbecue shotgun shells. Instead of the usual filling, I stuffed manicotti shells with an In-N-Out–style burger mix, wrapped them up, smoked them low and slow, and somehow it all worked perfectly. Juicy, smoky, cheesy, beefy… absolute chaos in the best way. This one still lives rent-free in my head, so it deserved a repost. #recipe #barbecue #carnivore #storytelling #foodie
