X'mas Recipe 6 🎂 Yield: 20–24 biscotti (depending on slice thickness) Bake Time: ~1 hour (two bakes) Dry Ingredients - 3 cups (360 g) pastry flour (or 180 g all-purpose + 180 g cake flour) - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp kosher salt Wet Ingredients - 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar - ¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, softened - 3 large eggs, room temperature - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract - 1 tsp finely grated orange zest Mix-ins - 1 cup (150 g) dried cranberries - 1½ cups (210 g) chopped pistachios Coating - 2 cups (360 g) white chocolate chips - 1 Tbsp coconut oil Method 1. Preheat & Prep Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Make the Dough In one bowl, whisk together: flour, baking powder, salt In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Mix in vanilla extract and orange zest. Fold in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. Add cranberries and pistachios, mixing just until evenly distributed. Biscotti dough is naturally sticky, this is normal. 3. Shape Lightly flour your hands. Divide dough into two logs, each approximately: 25–28 cm long 6–7 cm wide 2 cm high Place on the baking tray, leaving space between logs. 4. First Bake Bake at 170°C for 25–28 minutes, until lightly golden. Cool for 10 minutes, warm but firm enough to slice. 5. Slice Using a serrated knife, slice diagonally into 1.5–2 cm thick pieces. Use a gentle sawing motion — do not press. 6. Second Bake Arrange slices cut-side up on the tray. Bake at 150°C for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway. Longer bake = crispier biscotti. Cool completely. 7. Dip in White Chocolate Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 20-second bursts in the microwave or over a bain-marie. Dip biscotti halfway or drizzle generously. Biscotti facilissimi e senza stampini Biscotti bicolor con 4 ingredienti e senza attrezzature. Sì è possibile e super facile e divertente! È sufficiente mescolare le uova con lo zucchero, il burro freddo a tocchetti e la farina (poca vaniglia o la buccia di un limone sono facoltativi). Si divide l’impasto in due e in una parte di unisce il cacao. Dopo aver compattato in due panetti, si lascia riposare in frigorifero per un ora e poi, spazio al divertimento e alla fantasia! Con due bastoncini di frolla bicolore sovrapposti si formano gli abbracci, con delle palline unite si formano dei fiorellini, intrecciando le frolle di formano i bastoni di Babbo Natale e sovrapponendo le frolle bicolor e lasciando raffreddare e poi tagliano il cilindro si ottengono i biscotti zebrati…. Il gioco più bello da fare con i nostri bambini durante le feste, e poi, che soddisfazione gustare i nostri biscotti oppure comporre delle belle scatole ricche e regalarli! ❤️ Ingredienti per circa 90 biscottti bicolor: 740 gr farina 00 400 gr burro 200 gr zucchero 2 uova 50 gr cacao amaro 1 pizzico di sale 2 cucchiaini di vaniglia Cottura: 10-12 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi #frollini #biscottibicolor #biscotti #biscottifattiincasa #natale christmas chrustmasgift

MINI BISCOTTI CON GOCCE DI 🍫 Perfetti per merenda, colazione e da inzuppare nel latte 🥛 Croccanti fuori, morbidi dentro… piacciono davvero a grandi e piccoli 💛 🧾 INGREDIENTI 210 g di burro morbido 150 g di zucchero di canna 45 g di zucchero al velo 1 uovo intero 1 tuorlo 375 g di farina 00 vaniglia 5 g di lievito per dolci 120 g di mini gocce di cioccolato 👩‍🍳 PREPARAZIONE 1️⃣ In una ciotola uniamo burro e zuccheri e lavoriamo fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea. 2️⃣ Aggiungiamo l’uovo e il tuorlo, mescoliamo ancora bene. 3️⃣ Incorporiamo poco alla volta zucchero al velo farina, lievito e vaniglia, fino a ottenere un impasto compatto e non appiccicoso. 4️⃣ Uniamo le mini gocce di cioccolato e amalgamiamo. 5️⃣ Prendiamo piccoli pezzi di impasto e formiamo un filoncino 6️⃣ freezer per 30–40 minuti. 7️⃣ Tiriamo fuori, tagliamo a mini pezzetti e disponiamoli su una teglia con carta forno. 8️⃣ Cuociamo in forno statico a 200°C per 10 minuti. Twice baked, sliced thin, and good to keep around when you want something small with coffee. This version has pistachios and dried cranberries, but the base is the kind of recipe you can keep changing depending on what you’ve got. Full recipe is in the link in my bio. #biscotti

Let’s make a super easy last-minute gift idea, Almond Biscotti, with @hexclad ✨☕️ #hexcladpartner Makes: 20-22 Biscotti Recipe: Ingredients: 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar 1/2 cup (113 g) salted butter (softened) 1/3 cup (113 g) pure maple syrup 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla paste (or extract) 2 1/4 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 cup almonds (toasted) Additional: 2 tbsp turbinado sugar Instrcutions: 1 To toast your almonds, preheat your oven to 350 F. Add the almonds to a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes or until warm and fragrant. Roughly chop and set aside. 2 Descrease the oven temperature to 325 F. To make the biscotti dough, beat the sugar and butter until fluffy and lighter in colour (~3 mins) 3 Add in the vanilla, and eggs, beating in one at a time. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. 4 Lastly, fold in the chopped almonds. 5 Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and split the dough into 2 logs. 6 Sprinkle the logs with the turbinado sugar, and bake for 27-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown. 7 Allow to cool for 10 minutes, before slicing them carefully into cookies. 8 Lay them back on the baking sheet with parchment and bake for 10 minutes, flip, then another 12 minutes. 9 Allow to cool fully before adding into gift bags!

Biscotti alla Nutella con cuore cremoso 🤤 🍫 Questi biscotti si preparano con solo 3 ingredienti e sono davvero facilissimi. Il trucco è mettere una pallina di Nutella congelata al centro: in forno resta morbida e quando li apri trovi un cuore super cremoso. Se ami la Nutella, o se ne hai un barattolo da far sparire prima di mangiartelo a cucchiaiate, devi farli! Ingredienti (10–12 biscotti) 180 g di Nutella 1 uovo medio 140 g di farina 00 Per il cuore Nutella q.b. Procedimento Per prima cosa prepara il ripieno: con un cucchiaino forma piccole palline di Nutella e mettile su carta forno. Trasferiscile in freezer per circa 30 minuti, finché saranno ben sode. In una ciotola mescola Nutella e uovo fino ad ottenere una crema liscia. Aggiungi la farina poco alla volta e mescola fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido ma lavorabile. Preleva circa 25–30 g di impasto, schiaccialo leggermente tra le mani e inserisci al centro una pallina di Nutella congelata. Richiudi bene formando una pallina e sistemala su una teglia rivestita di carta forno. Cuoci in forno statico a 170°C per 11–12 minuti. Lasciali raffreddare qualche minuto prima di spostarli: dentro rimarrà un cuore di Nutella cremosissimo.
