It’s down to the changes in progesterone and oestrogen levels which cause the body to retain more water and salt. The body's cells become swollen with water, causing the feeling of bloating. I’m talking about painful bloating ➡️ I felt like I swallowed a bowling ball 🎳 after one bite of food ➡️ I would cry from the pain I was in, I would refuse to go out because I physically couldn’t uncurl myself from the couch 🛋 ✨I was convinced I had developed some type of intolerance, so for months I cut out gluten & dairy 🥛…. and still NO CHANGE❌ ✨Fast forward to mid 2020 I found a product, started using it and after about a month… ➡️ My energy levels were going up ➡️ The painful bloating was practically non existent (other than normal everyday bloating) ➡️ I started eating cheese and gluten again and it DIDNT make me blowup like a balloon🎈 ➡️ My cravings were under control 🍫🍩🍪 & I could finally breathe again… it’s been over a year of consistency and I can honestly say, my life is changed🥦🥬 I will never EVER stop taking these greens.
