Los objetivos de los ukemi es minimizar el daño al impactar contra el tatami, de esta forma te sientes más seguro y te permite disfrutar de la práctica con menos peligro, lo que lleva a un progreso de tu judo más eficaz. 💯
Aquí te dejo los cuatro tipos de ukemi:
• Mae-ukemi: Caída hacia delante
• Ushiro-ukemi: Caída hacia atrás
• Yoko-ukemi: Caída lateral (derecha: migi, izquierda: hidari).
• Mae-mawari-ukemi: Caída rodando hacia delante. También llamada Zenpo-kaiten-ukemi. (derecha: migi, izquierda: hidari). En este tipo hemos realizado una caída levantándonos al golpear y otra deslizando.
