Ainda mais no Burpee que joga sua frequência cardíaca lá em cima e, já é garantia de morte 🤪 Existem dois pontos de performance que irá te ajudar nesse caso: 1️⃣ Voltar com os pés afastados - principalmente se a mobilidade de cadeia posterior não for seu forte; 2️⃣ Voltar com os joelhos mais estendidos possível - evitando um agachamento “extra” no meio do movimento. Ajustado esses dois pontos você: ✅Torna seu movimento mais rápido ✅ Não sobrecarrega seu quadríceps E já podem fazer o 24.1 levinho 😌 #crossfit #crossfitgames #opencrossfit #burpee
