With this you’re using a ton of momentum and losing tension off your triceps 👉🏻 take a step away from the cable, retract & depress your shoulder blades, keep your chest up & lean slightly forward - pull your elbows beside your rib cage and lock them in place here, don’t allow them to swing forward 👉🏻 handle selection is important because in order to get your triceps fully shortened your shoulder needs to come into slight extension (your arm extending behind you) - using the short rope does limit that so instead use the longer rope, if your gym doesn’t have that double up the ropes or do single arm so you’re able to get your triceps fully shortened fully shortened Save & try! #Triceps #buildmuscle #formtips #fitness
