With another holiday break around the corner, this breakfast casserole is perfect to make! Ingredients: 1 lb breakfast sausage 1 can buttermilk biscuits 1/4 cup all purpose flour 2.5 cups whole milk (for gravy) 6 large eggs 1/2 cup milk (for eggs) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper Recipe: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil a 9x13 inch baking dish 2. Brown the sausage over medium heat. Do not drain when done 3. Sprinkle flour over browned meat and stir until fully coated 4. Pour in 2.5 cups of milk and stir until the gravy thickens up 5. Season with salt and pepper then remove from heat 6. Cut biscuits and layer evenly on the bottom of oiled baking dish 7. Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuits 8. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, 1/2 cup milk and salt and pepper 9. Pour the egg mixture on top and then sprinkle with cheese 10. It’s become a staple in our house during the colder months and makes a fantastic crowd-pleaser for holiday get-togethers or potlucks! Ingredients: 1 lb (450g) Italian sausage (mild or spicy, casings removed) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade) ½ cup sour cream 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and black pepper, to taste 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish) Instructions: Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside. Cook the Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions (usually 3–5 minutes). It’s so easy to prepare and can be made the night before so it’s a win win especially for the holidays when you have overnight guests. 1 can buttermilk biscuits cut into fours 12 oz breakfast sausage cooked 1 c shredded cheddar 6 eggs 1/2 c milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 packet peppered gravy prepared according to package Spread the cut biscuits in a prepared 9x13 baking dish. Top with the sausage then the cheese. Whisk the eggs, milk salt and pepper together and pour over top. Pour over the gravy saving some for serving. INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, diced 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of paprika, parsley, and onion powder 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 10 oz can of corn, drained 10 oz can of cream of mushroom 1/4 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 30 oz bag of frozen crispy crowns or tater tots INSTRUCTIONS Brown 1 lb of ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder. Once the beef is cooked, drain any extra grease. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, drained corn, cream of mushroom, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Stir everything together well. Top with a little bit more cheese.
