Sorry for the angle… there is no good angle to show this point 🤣 If you experience swelling in your legs, feet, cold feet, cellulite, lymphedema or Lipedema this point need some TLC. The contact is behind your knee just next to your hamstring tendons. You are not directly in the middle of the back of your knee (popliteal fossa.) If you have a balers cyst please make sure you are not directly on top of it as you can irritate it making it worse! 10-50 pumps. You choose. 1 pump per second (listen to the beat of the song) The more congestion you have = more pumps Do it a minimum 1x daily (better is 2x’s daily.) Congestion will look different for everyone. I ll do a post after we get through the specific 7 of what congestion can look like Some people are going to see results right away, others it’s going to take monthS (yes plural) to see or maybe feel change. Don’t get discouraged as I am going to encourage you to think about how long you have had congested, stagnant lymph. If it’s been months, years, even decades isn’t not realistic to think it’s going to fix over night. I would love it if it did, but our bodies heal at the rate they are able to. Lis bien 👇 Pour réduire la cellulite, il faut d’abord libérer les fascias et relancer la lymphe. Et ça, très peu de femmes le savent vraiment. La cellulite n’est pas un problème de gras. C’est souvent le résultat de tissus figés, d’une lymphe qui circule mal et de zones du corps qui ne bougent plus assez. Quand les fascias se rigidifient, ils compressent la circulation, les liquides stagnent, les toxines s’accumulent et la peau prend cet aspect capitonné. 💡 La clé, ce n’est donc pas de forcer plus. C’est de remettre du mouvement là où tout est bloqué. Les mouvements que je te montre ici ont un objectif précis : 👉 réveiller les fascias 👉 activer la pompe lymphatique 👉 redonner de la mobilité au corps Pas besoin d’y passer une heure. Quelques minutes suffisent quand c’est bien fait et régulier. Ce type de routine aide à : ✨ alléger les jambes ✨ réduire la sensation de gonflement ✨ améliorer la qualité de la peau ✨ préparer le corps au drainage et à l’auto-massage Et surtout, ça remet ton corps dans le bon sens. Celui où il sait à nouveau éliminer naturellement. ⚠️ Important à comprendre Aucun mouvement ne “supprime” la cellulite à lui seul. Les résultats arrivent quand on agit à la source : • mouvement • drainage • régularité • compréhension du corps C’est exactement pour ça que l’auto-madérothérapie est un excellent complément : elle travaille en profondeur sur les fascias et stimule directement la lymphe. 👉 Si tu veux une méthode simple pour commencer à la maison, commente “WOOD” et je t’envoie ma vidéo d’auto-madérothérapie de 5 minutes.
