HUGhar pe aa rahe guest, aur Champaran Mutton 😍 ki demand. Last minute preparation ka time hi nahi hai. Iss baar @sunrise_masale ke Champaran Mutton Masala ne bacha liya 😇
Ekdum simple steps me ye recipe ban k taiyar ho gayi.😋
➡️ Steps :-
1. Heat Mustard oil to a smoking point. Keep it aside to cool
2. Now in a bowl take 500 gram Mutton, add 250 gram sliced Onion
3. Add some whole spices - 2 dry red chilli, 1 Bay leaf, 1 inch Cinnamon, 3 green Cardamom, 1 Black Cardamom, 4 Clove, 1 Star anise, 1 Mace, 6-8 Peppercorn
4. Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste and 1 tsp Salt
5. Add in Champaran Mutton Masala
6. Pour in cooled mustard oil
7. Mix everything well
8. Add in marinated mutton
9. Cover and cook on medium flame for 15-20 min. Stir in between
10. Cook until the Onion and mutton turns soft, water dries out, and oil is separated
11. Once 1 cup hot water for gravy
12. Cover the lid of pressure cooker and cook until 5 whistle
13. Mutton curry is ready. Serve and enjoy!!
