Or you haven’t built a system that makes it easy. Everyone has the same 24. The difference is priorities, leverage, and standards. If it matters, it gets scheduled. If it’s truly important, it gets delegated. If it’s mission-critical, it gets systemized. “Not enough time” usually means: • no calendar discipline • no clear priorities • no team leverage • too much doom-scrolling disguised as “research” • avoiding uncomfortable tasks You don’t need more time. You need fewer excuses and better systems.

Here's the problem: When you can't measure it, you can't track it. When you can't track it, you don't know if you're making progress. And when you don't know if you're making progress, you give up. That's why most business goals fail. The businesses that actually hit their goals do something different. They make goals specific. McDonald's didn't say "serve customers fast." They said "60 seconds from order to pickup." That's specific. Domino's didn't say "quick delivery." They said "30 minutes or it's free." That's measurable. FedEx didn't say "fast shipping." They said "overnight by 10:30 AM." That's a deadline. See the difference? Vague goal: "Grow revenue" Specific goal: "Increase monthly revenue from $50K to $60K by June 30th" One tells you exactly what to do. The other leaves you guessing. You probably have vague goals right now. Most business owners do. Here's how to fix it: Pick your biggest goal. Make it specific (what exactly?). Make it measurable (how much?).
