How to choke someone on top of you using a T-shirt.

HOW TO DO T-SHIRT CHOKE:
1.) I cross my feet around his back (he is in my guard).
2.) I gather the entire shirt up from the bottom up to the neck.
3.) As I grab the shirt collar (over hand, thumb on outside) with my left hand, I hold down his neck.
4.) My right arm reaches under his neck+grabs the collar with an over over hand grip. MY HANDS ARE HIGH UP ON HIS NECK.
5.) My top arm (left here) loops over the head to create the choke.
7.) With a tight grip, I push the EDGES of my forearms against both edges of his neck + pull down.
*BE VERY CAREFUL AND MOVE SLOWLY WHEN YOU ARE PRACTICING.
