You have dreams for a reason - If you’re new around here, we’re Ciaran and Kieran. We’re both ex-recruiters from Manchester and a few years ago we were doing what a lot of people do, working long hours, earning decent money, but feeling capped and restless. Property felt like the obvious next step. But the traditional routes we were shown felt slow and capital-heavy. Buy a property, wait on refinances, tie up your money, repeat. It didn’t line up with the freedom or lifestyle we actually wanted. So we went all in on Airbnb. We focused on models like rent-to-rent and management, working directly with landlords and running short-term lets without owning the properties ourselves and earning between £500-£1k per property. That approach allowed us to build consistent cash flow quickly and scale properly. Fast forward to today, we manage 80+ Airbnb units across the UK. And along the way, we noticed a massive gap. Most people teaching Airbnb were only running a handful of units. Which is great, but it’s very different from managing dozens of properties, landlords, teams and systems at scale. That’s why we’ve put together FREE Airbnb training breaking down the models, how they work, and how people actually get started the right way.
