SUUsing ClickUp is like that first time you’re learning how to drive a car and there’s so many buttons and rules and things to remember that it gets realllllly overwhelming…
And then you find yourself eating a snack, listening to T-Swift, and daydreaming while your car basically drives itself to Target without even having to think about it.
It’s kinda like that. 🤣

AICREATING CONTENT IN CLICKUP 101 ⤵️
If you’re like me, juggling ideas, deadlines, and a million tasks can get overwhelming — ESPECIALLY when it comes to sitting down and actually marketing my business.
So here’s how I make it really simple.
✏️ Plan It All Out
I start by mapping out my content calendar in ClickUp’s Calendar view. I add custom fields like “Content Type” (reel, blog, post, email, IG live — you name it!) and “Publishing Date” so I know exactly what’s coming up.
For example, this month’s theme is Education, and I’m working on a Reel—just like this post. 😉
🧩 Break It Down
Big projects can feel daunting, so I break them into smaller tasks. Brainstorming, scripting, designing, editing, publishing—you name it, it’s a subtask. Plus, I set deadlines so I don’t fall behind.
🤝🏼 Teamwork Made Easy
If you’re creating content all on your own, ClickUp is a lifesaver. But if you’re working with a team, it’s even more essential for your business.
You can share ideas, leave comments, and attach files directly to tasks. No more digging through emails or group chats for that one file — everything is in one, beautiful, organized space.
♻️ Reflect & Improve
Once the content is out there, I use ClickUp’s Dashboards to track how it’s performing. It’s a great way to see what worked, what didn’t, and how I can repurpose a piece of content that worked really well!
Pro Tip: USE CLICKUP’S MOBILE APP to never, ever lose track of a content idea.
This is just one of the many ways I use ClickUp in my business every day. It’s the home I’ve lived out of when I was a soloprenuer, and what I live out of now as an agency owner with a team of 4.
Using this system strategically for my business has changed it in too many ways to count. And, it can do the same for you. 💙
