Die Länder am Westbalkan 🇦🇱🇽🇰🇷🇸🇲🇪🇲🇰🇧🇦 benötigen Europa 🇪🇺, sowie Europa diese Länder benötigt! Viele notwendigen Beitrittsvoraussetzungen 📋 haben diese Länder bereits erfüllen können. Die, im Eiltempo durchgebrachte, Vereinbarung 📝 ist eine weitere Grundlage, um notwendige Reformen für Rechtsstaatlichkeit 🚨, Transparenz sowie Sozial- und Wirtschaftsstandards umzusetzen. Kohesionspolitik ist das Herzstück 🫀unserer Europapolitik 🇪🇺🏛️. Die Inhalte regionaler Fördermaßnahmen 💁‍♂️ müssen auf sozioökonomische Effekte abzuzielen: Bei der Schaffung von Arbeit 👷‍♀️👨‍🏭 und guter Lebensbedingungen 🌳📈 muss auch in Bildung 📚, Mobilität 🚃, Digitalisierung 💻 oder Gesundheitsversorgung 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ investiert werden. Insbesondere sollte auch die Förderung des Kreativ- und Kultursektors 🎭🎨🖼️ sowie die Schaffung einer nachhaltigen und wertschöpfenden Tourismuswirtschaft ✈️🛄 priorisiert werden. Diese vor dem Hintergrund, dass die Entwicklung der Infrastruktur 🏥🚦 deutlich unter dem EU-Durchschnitt 🇪🇺 liegt. Europa 🇪🇺 hat ein Versprechen 🤝 abgegeben – ein Versprechen der Erweiterung und des Fortschritts 📈💪. Friction and cohesion are fundamental concepts in physics, both involving forces but acting in distinct contexts. Friction occurs when two surfaces are in contact and one tries to move over the other. It arises due to the microscopic roughness of surfaces and the interactions between them. There are two main types of friction: static friction, which prevents an object from starting to move, and kinetic friction, which opposes the movement of an object already in motion. Friction depends on the nature of the surfaces and the force pressing them together. While friction can be useful (like helping cars grip the road), it also causes wear and energy loss in the form of heat. Cohesion, on the other hand, is the force of attraction between molecules of the same substance. It is strongest in liquids and solids, where molecules are closely packed. For instance, in water, cohesion is what causes water droplets to form and why water has surface tension. This force is a result of molecular interactions, such as hydrogen bonding in water. Cohesion keeps materials like metals, glass, and liquids intact by holding their molecules together.
