ALit’s school auction season! here’s a fun way to make one big piece from kids classroom art! l i did this for last years auction— i love that it feels like a big tapestry of all of them!
i had the kids do quick watercolor paintings, then used a punch to quickly make squares and freely grouped them by color. arranged onto a piece of poster board until i was happy with it and then glued into place before framing.
it’s also easy enough to do entirely with kids, they LOVED using the puncher but then got distracted with tv
