THDay 1 of Tech Camp changed me!
I walked in ready to teach certification content… and realized something deeper.
Some of our kids:
• Have never written a professional email
• Have never used a desktop computer
• Don’t understand what Google actually is
And they’re expected to compete in a digital world.
There’s a tech literacy gap bigger than I knew.
So this camp went from PAID to FREE — and I’m covering the expenses. That’s how serious I am about this mission.
This is bigger than a class.
It’s foundation.
It’s opportunity.
It’s leveling the playing field.
I’m honored to be doing this alongside Safehaven Empowerment Center in the 757 and supported by Inspired IT ( Hampton)
