Recipe (by @thechefoutwest)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (I used maple syrup 🇨🇦)
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp vanilla
Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour into a lined 6 inch baking dish. Bake at 325f (160C) for for 40 minutes.
Let it come to room temperature then cool in the fridge for 8 hours (or overnight). It’ll be less liquidy in the center if you do it overnight (which is what I did).

THIt was so fun when I discovered what baking powder is made of. However, I knew I needed to find a way to avoid the aluminum and GMO (corn starch) which is found in traditional baking powder. This combination is perfect! I’ve been baking with it for awhile now and the swap is one to one!!
How to make:
Mix 1 part aluminum free baking soda (Bob’s Red Mill), 1 part arrowroot powder, and two parts cream of tartar.
Sift all ingredients together or place in a jar and shake until fully mixed. Store in an airtight jar in a dark place like a cupboard.
Tip: If you are planning on using right away, you don’t need the arrowroot powder. It is included to help it store in your cupboard for longer. You can simply omit it if you plan to go through it regularly.

MOChalk paint is always a good idea 🌈. Washable, taste safe, easy to make and affordable 👏🏼. Just mix 2 parts water to 1 part corn starch and add a drop or two of food coloring. Mix well and take outdoors for some chalk painting 🎨. Kim @bestideasforkids shared a similar recipe a couple of summers ago and I’ve been obsessed ever since 🙌🏻. Cheesy Garlic Parm Potatoes
For potato mix
-8 gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
-1/2 cup of corn starch
-1 tbsp paprika
-1 tbsp garlic powder
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp salt (plus more for boiling water)
-2 tsp pepper
-Parsley to taste
-Around 1/4 cup grated parmesan (plus more to top)
-12 oz mozzarella, cut into small cubes
For garlic butter (optional)
-6 tbsp butter
-6 cloves of garlic, minced

ANGELO’S CHOCOLATE DELIGHT
Ingredients (serves 4):
-2 eggs
-100g sugar
-80g flour (or corn starch)
-1l milk
-50g butter
-50g white chocolate
-150g chocolate
-10g sunflower oil
-1 tbsp espresso coffee
-200g ladyfingers (or cocoa biscuits)
In a cold saucepan, add eggs, sugar and flour and whisk for a minute or until smooth. Now, turn the heat on (medium low) and cook for 90 seconds. Make sure you keep stirring the whole time to prevent any lumps, preferably with a whisk. Incorporate milk little by little and keep stirring for about 5/10 mins or until your sauce thickens. Turn the heat off, add butter and white chocolate and keep stirring until smooth. Set aside. Layer some ladyfingers (or cocoa biscuits) at the bottom of a dish, add some cream on top and proceed until you finish all the ingredients. Rest out of the fridge for at least 30 mins. In the meantime, melt some chocolate in the microwave for about 90 seconds, add sunflower oil and coffee and mix well until smooth. Pour your chocolate sauce on top of your dessert and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (better overnight).

-1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 Tsp Baking powered
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 6 drops green food colouring + 6 drops blue food colouring
- 1 large egg (room temp.)
- 1/2 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips + 1/2 cup Aero Mint chocolate (chopped)
* Mix : butter & sugars
* Add Egg , vanilla extract
* Add green & blue food colouring minx until turn green
- In another bowl whisk tightest: Flour, salt, baking powder & corn starch
Add the dry to the wet and gently fold until it’s just combined. Add semi sweet chocolate chips chips & Aero chocolate. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Once chilled, use a cookie scoop to Portion the dough onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° C (175°) for 12-16 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!💕

TAHot honey garlic Chicken Tenders
✍️Dry Mixture
• 11/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
✍️Wet Mixture
• 11/2 pound chicken tenders
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 tosp hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 2-3 cups neutral oil, for frying
✍️Hot honey garlic sauce
• 1/2 cup hot sauce
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
here’s how to make it:
Chicken Tenders - In a bowl, mix together the tenders and all of the wet mixture ingredients (except for the oil).
Cover and marinade for 1-4 hours or overnight in the fridge. In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the dry mixture ingredients. Mix in 2-3 tbsp of the wet mixture to form a crumbly texture. Individually,coat each tender in the dry mixture. Transfer to a wire rack to rest for 10-12 min. Heat oil in a frying pan to 350E In batches fry the tenders, 3-4 min per side or until golden brown.
Transfer to paper towel lined baking sheet. Hot Honey Garlic Sauce - in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add and sauté the garlic until fragrant, 1-2 min. Pour in the hot sauce, honey and spices. Stir to combine and bring to a low boil. Cook sauce for 4-5 min while stirring to thicken up slightly.
Remove from heat. Set aside. Assembly
- place fried tenders in a large bowl.
Pour sauce over tenders and mix to coat. Serve coated tenders with sauce of choice and enjoy!!
