MASTER LEARNING WITH THE CORNELL METHOD📝:
1. Set Up Your Paper - Divide your paper into three sections as in the video.
2. Heading - At the top of your page, write the main topic or heading of your notes.
3. Note-Taking (Main Notes Column) - In the this column, take notes during a lecture, reading, or presentation. Use keywords, phrases, and concise sentences. Focus on capturing the main ideas and key concepts.
4. Cue column - As you take your notes use the left column to jot down key points, keywords, or questions related to the material on the right. These are cues that prompt you to recall the information.
5. Review and Self-Test - Cover the right column and quiz yourself using the cues in the cue column. Try to recall the information and check your understanding. This step enhances active recall, a powerful learning technique.
6. Summary - At the bottom of the page, you can include a brief summary of the entire page. This should be a condensed version of the main ideas or a conclusion based on your notes.

THE METHODS:
1️⃣ Cornell Note Taking Method - split the page into 3 sections:
a) Note Taking Column - write down the key points, concepts and diagrams that you learn during the lesson. Add any additional details you need to after class
b) Cue Column - once your notes hare complete, write down a set of keywords or cues that you can test yourself on the main content with
c) Summary - summarise the entire page at the bottom, as concisely as possible, to reinforce understanding 📃

2️⃣ Mind-Mapping - start with a blank sheet of paper for each topic. Create a mind-map, combining the information from your notes, textbook and any other resources. Link key ideas, expand on concepts you need/want to know more about ✍🏼

3️⃣ Colour-Coded Notes - write your notes using pretty stationery and lots of colours! Assign each colour a different meaning (eg. One for headings, one for formulas, one for key words etc) 🎨

4️⃣ Question-Answer - structure your notes such that each paragraph starts with a question, and then goes on to answer that question. To make it more effective, build your questions off the learning objectives study guide ❓

5️⃣ Diagrams - base your notes entirely around diagrams (eg of processes, structures) 🖼️
