Low Carb, Low Calorie CHIPS Cutdacarb flatbread makes the best chips ever!! These have been a game changer in my weight loss journey because I love chips!! To make: 1. Cut the flatbread into 7 strips and then into 6 triangles or squares. 1 flatbread makes 42 chips. 2. Place the pieces onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spray them with avocado oil spray. Be sure to coat both sides with the spray. 3. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. 4. Sprinkle on your favorite seasoning as soon as they come out of the oven. *I like to put mine into sandwich baggies. I’ll be making them again soon. 🌮 RECIPE - Makes 16 mini tacos 4 Cutdacarb flatbreads 1 lb ground beef 2 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp refried beans 1/2 of an onion, diced 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese (filling) 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese (topping) shredded lettuce 1 Roma tomato, chopped DIRECTIONS: 1. Scramble the ground beef with the onions until cooked through. Drain excess grease. 2. Add in the taco seasoning, water, refried beens and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. 3. Stir until the cheese is melted and the beans are incorporated. Set aside. 4. Fold the flatbread in half and then in half again. Cut a circle out of it forming 4 small taco shells. Repeat with remaining flatbreads. *save trimmings to make chips or tortilla strips out of. 5. Fill each taco shell with some of the taco meat followed by a little bit of shredded cheese. Place them into a greased 9x13 baking dish one by one using a glass as a place holder. (See video.) 6. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. 7. Remove from oven and add on some shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. 🍃 These GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN BURRITOS are high protein, low carb, & serve up a helping of hidden veggies You can grab a bottle of garlic parmesan dressing from the store, but I highly recommend my easy homemade recipe listed below 😉 What You Need: 1 lb chicken breasts 3 Tbsp butter ½ tsp each: salt, pepper, paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 16 oz frozen cauliflower rice 3/4 cup garlic parmesan sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella 5 @Cutdacarb flatbread Steam cauli-rice right in the bag - microwave 8 minutes. Set aside to cool Dice chicken into bite size pieces. Melt butter in a skillet, then add chicken and seasonings. Cook 5-7 minutes on high heat or until no longer pink. Remove chicken and set aside Add cauli-rice to the chicken drippings in the skillet. Add 3/4 cup garlic parmesan sauce. Cook 5 minutes then remove from heat Add a sprinkle of mozzarella to the middle of each flatbread. Divide chicken and rice on top as well. Finish with remaining mozzarella then roll up, burrito style. Crisp burritos on all sides in a skillet then serve drizzled with extra sauce Perfect for meal prep! These burritos are huge and easily provide 2 servings each Garlic Parmesan Sauce: 1/2 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp lemon juice 3/4 cup parmesan 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 Tbsp sugarfree honey 1 tsp dijon mustard 3 garlic cloves, minced ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper Blend all until smooth #chickenburritos #garliclover #garlicparmesan #recipefyp #hiddenveggies

These are my 4-ingredient, high-protein, low-carb, easy flatbreads and they are: ✔️ Easy ✔️ Delicious ✔️ Satisfying ✔️ A great alternative to pita or flatbread Ingredients: • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese • 1 cup almond flour • 2 eggs • ½ tbsp baking powder • Optional topping: Everything But the Bagel seasoning How to make: Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Mix with almond flour, eggs, and baking powder. Divide into 7 flatbreads, flatten on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 22–25 minutes until golden and set. I also saw @shredhappens try it out and love it, so I had to try myself! 1 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning -Add to a blender or food processor. Blend well. Line a small baking pan (1/4 size sheet pan) with parchment paper and spray the paper with cooking spray. Pour the cottage cheese mixture in and spread out evenly. -Bake on 350F for 40 minutes! -Use as bread and build a sandwich! I am using Tzatziki, chicken, tomatoes, arugula and red onion! #cottagecheese #cottagecheeseflatbread #healthyswaps #lowcarb #sandwiches #viral #viralrecipes
