TH✨ If you scored tickets to D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, it’s time to start planning NOW! The next big step for attendees is making sure your badges are transferred correctly and preparing for the Reservation Selection Process (RSP). Here’s what you need to know before July arrives. 🎟️🏰
First things first: digital badge transfers are now open. If you purchased multiple badges, you’ll need to assign them to the correct guests through the D23: The Official Disney Fan Club system. This step links each badge to the individual attendee’s account so they can participate in event selections later.
⚠️ Important:
• Physical badges will still be mailed to the original purchaser.
• The D23 Gold Member who purchased the badges must keep their own badge — it cannot be transferred or resold.
• Additional badges in the order can be digitally assigned to friends or family attending with you.
Once badges are assigned, the next major step is the Reservation Selection Process (RSP).
📅 RSP Dates: July 20–24
During this window, badge holders can enter a lottery-style selection process to request panels, presentations, and experiences happening throughout the event. Because many sessions are extremely popular, you’ll want to:
✔️ Link and transfer badges early
✔️ Make sure every guest has their own D23 account connected
The earlier you prepare, the smoother the reservation process will be when selections open.
