The goal is to move in some way every day, for mind and body health. To keep strong and mobile as we move through life. Here’s our Mum doing Day 4 of our current Mind-Body Program. Do this as close to the lip line as you can and do as slowly as you can. You are strengthening the orbicularis oris muscle around your mouth and also strengthening your tongue too. Both hope to firm the lower face.
