1️⃣ Drag your 2nd clip over the 1st.
2️⃣ Right click → New Fusion Composition → open in Fusion.
3️⃣ Add a Polygon (mask) tool and draw the shape you want to reveal.
4️⃣ Copy (Cmd+C) + Paste (Cmd+V) that shape.
5️⃣ Move the new shape with the inspector or arrow tool.
6️⃣ Repeat until you’ve built all the shapes you want before the full image shows.

Now back in the Edit tab (working backwards):
7️⃣ Align your first cut with the music.
8️⃣ Open in Fusion → delete the last shape you made.
9️⃣ Back to Edit → make a cut → go to the section before → open in Fusion → delete the next shape.
🔟 Keep repeating until all shapes are gone and your transition is complete.
