It has all the classic deviled egg flavors but in a rich, scoopable dip that’s perfect for holidays, parties, or an easy appetizer. Ingredients • 8 hard-boiled eggs • ½ cup mayonnaise • 3 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup pickles, finely diced, more to taste • 1 tsp Dijon mustard • ½ tbsp fresh chives, chopped • ½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp smoked paprika • Salt and black pepper, to taste Instructions 1. Peel the boiled eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. 2. In a bowl, mash the yolks together with the mayonnaise and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. 3. Finely chop the egg whites and add them to the mixture. 4. Stir in the diced pickles, Dijon mustard, chives, dill, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix until everything is well combined. 6. Spread the dip into a serving dish and refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes to let the flavors come together. 7. Garnish with extra smoked paprika, chives, and dill before serving. Comment PICKLE to get the recipe sent to you DMs Ingredients 12 large eggs • 4 oz whipped cream cheese • ⅓ cup sour cream • ½ packet ranch seasoning • 2–3 tsp pickle juice • Hot sauce, to taste • Salt, to taste • ¾ cup finely chopped dill pickles • 2 tbsp finely chopped scallions • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese • 2–3 tbsp finely chopped bacon • Potato chips (for topping) • Pickle pieces (for topping) Instructions 1️⃣Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the eggs and boil for 11 minutes. Run under cold water then peel and slice eggs horizontally. 2️⃣Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until fine. Mix in Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, 2 tsp pickle juice, hot sauce, and salt until smooth. 3️⃣Add chopped pickles, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon, and fresh dill and mix. . Taste and add salt and/or more pickle juice if you like. 4️⃣Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture with a spoon or piping bag. Top with a potato chip and a small piece of pickle. ✨Make Ahead Eggs can be boiled and peeled up to 2 days ahead. Filling can be made up to two days ahead and refrigerated. Every time I bring these deep fried deviled eggs to a party, they fly off the tray. They are so delicious and it’s very easy to eat too many of them. I always get so many compliments and once even got $50 from an uncle who was so impressed by these delicious deviled eggs. Deviled eggs Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs 3 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp sriracha 1 tsp pickle juice 1/2 cup AP flour 3 eggs, beaten 2 cups seasoned panko breadcrumbs* Oil for frying To garnish: Chili crisp Scallions Seasoned panko breadcrumbs: 2 cups panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp dried parsley 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp salt - adjust to taste Instructions: Step 1: Hard boil the eggs and cool in an ice water bath. Then shell them, cut them in half and separate the egg whites and yolks. Step 2: Mix the yolks with mayo, sriracha, mustard and pickle juice. Mash with a fork or if using a blender, do it in short bursts or the mixture will split. Make sure the yolks are completely cool or it will split! Step 3: Pat down the egg whites to remove excess water, then coat them in flour, egg wash, then panko breadcrumbs. Let them sit for a few minutes, then dip them in the egg wash and breadcrumbs again so none of the white part is exposed. BE FOREWARNED- this part is hard! Step 4: Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan to 350 degrees F, pop the egg whites in for about 2 to 3 minutes until the panko is golden brown and crispy. Do not overcook them. Step 5: once the egg whites have cooled, pipe in the yolk mixture, then finish with chili crisp and scallions, and enjoy immediately!

This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

To save the recipe with MyRecipes, simply tap the heart icon. 🩷 Ingredients ⁃ 12 large eggs ⁃ 6 tablespoons mayonnaise ⁃ 4 teaspoons dill pickle or sweet relish ⁃ 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard ⁃ 2-4 dashes hot sauce ⁃ 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more if desired Directions 1. Place 12 eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and cook at the barest simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, pour out the hot water and cover the eggs with ice-cold water. Let stand until cool enough to handle. 2. Peel the eggs and halve lengthwise with a sharp knife. Gently remove the yolks and place in a food processor (see Tip). Add 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, 4 teaspoons relish, 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard and 2 to 4 dashes hot sauce to taste; process until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons chives and pulse until just combined. 3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling into each egg white half. Just before serving, sprinkle with more chives if desired.

Continue reading or click the link in the @allrecipes bio for the full recipe! 🥣 Ingredients: cooking spray 8 large eggs 1/2 cup mayonnaise 6 ounces cream cheese 1 tablespoon mustard 1/4 cup pickle relish 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 3 green onions, thinly sliced paprika for garnish 1/4 cup olives with pimientos, chopped Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. Crack eggs into the pan and set the loaf pan inside a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add enough water to the baking dish to come up high enough on the loaf pan to be level with the eggs inside. Bake eggs in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from water bath and let cool for 10 minutes. Add eggs to a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add mayo, cream cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, and Cajun seasoning. Reserve 1 tablespoon chopped green onion for garnish and add remaining onions to the food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer dip to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
