Simple to make, fun to serve, and perfect for Easter brunch or spring hosting. Deviled Egg Chicks: 🥚 Slice a small piece off the base of 6 hard-boiled eggs so they stand upright. Cut off the top third and remove the yolks 🥣 Mash the yolks with 3 tbsp mayo, ¾ tsp Dijon, a pinch of garlic powder, and salt until smooth ✨ Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and place the tops back on 🐣 Add black peppercorns for eyes and a tiny carrot triangle for the beak Cute, festive, and guaranteed to disappear fast. Save this if you want the perfect showstopper for your Easter brunch 🩵🤍 Not only are they blue, but the filling is creamy, fresh and vibrant! They’re quick and easy to whip up and a cute, fancy upgrade from regular deviled eggs ✨ ⸻ 6 blue deviled egg bites For the color: – 1 cup hot water – ½ cup finely chopped red cabbage – 1 tbsp white vinegar Add peeled hard-boiled eggs to the mixture. Make sure they’re fully submerged and refrigerate. 30 minutes → soft pastel blue (like mine) Longer → deeper blue They might look a little purple when they first come out of the dye, but as you prep them they turn the prettiest soft blue 🩵 ⸻ Filling: – 3 egg yolks – 1 tbsp mayonnaise – 2 tsp Greek yogurt – 1 tsp apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill – Salt & pepper Mash until smooth, then pipe into the egg whites. ⸻ Toppings: – Thin cucumber slices – Crumbled feta – Finely chopped shallots – Fresh dill – Freshly cracked black pepper ⸻ You’ll never go back to regular deviled eggs after tasting these! This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

Comment PICKLE to get the recipe sent to you DMs Ingredients 12 large eggs • 4 oz whipped cream cheese • ⅓ cup sour cream • ½ packet ranch seasoning • 2–3 tsp pickle juice • Hot sauce, to taste • Salt, to taste • ¾ cup finely chopped dill pickles • 2 tbsp finely chopped scallions • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese • 2–3 tbsp finely chopped bacon • Potato chips (for topping) • Pickle pieces (for topping) Instructions 1️⃣Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the eggs and boil for 11 minutes. Run under cold water then peel and slice eggs horizontally. 2️⃣Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until fine. Mix in Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, 2 tsp pickle juice, hot sauce, and salt until smooth. 3️⃣Add chopped pickles, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon, and fresh dill and mix. . Taste and add salt and/or more pickle juice if you like. 4️⃣Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture with a spoon or piping bag. Top with a potato chip and a small piece of pickle. ✨Make Ahead Eggs can be boiled and peeled up to 2 days ahead. Filling can be made up to two days ahead and refrigerated. Using whatever colors you’d like, soak them in dye for a minute or two for a pretty pastel. Rinse and dry. 3. Arrange in the shape of a flower. 4. Mix together yolk with mayo, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt & pepper. Pipe into eggs. 5. Sprinkle over a little paprika. 6. INGREDIENTS: 6 eggs Juice from one 12 oz jar of pickled beets 4 oz fresh goat cheese 2 tbsp mayo 1 tsp dijon mustard 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill Salt and pepper to taste Additional dill and smoked paprika to garnish RECIPE: 1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, cover with water until submerged. Cover with a lid and heat on high until boiling, then remove from heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes. 2. Place in ice bath and once cool, peel the eggs. Submerge them in a bowl of beet juice and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour (the longer the soak, the darker the color) 3. Once soaked, slice in half lengthwise and remove yolks. 4. In a food processor, combine eggs yolks, goat cheese, mayo, dijon, dill, lemon juice salt and pepper. 5. Fill the mixture into a piping bag, and pipe a small flower into each egg yolk 6. Classic deviled eggs with a twist🍃🧀 Elevate your brunch with these extra delicious deviled eggs… topped with parmesan crisps and fresh herbs for an extra touch of elegance ✨ You’ll need 5 eggs 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp chopped chives 1 tsp white vinegar Salt and pepper to taste 1- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes. Once done, place in cold water for 10 minutes, then peel. 2- Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks to a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. 3- Pipe the yolk filling into each halved egg, garnish with parmesan crisps and chives. Parmesan crisps: Place parchment paper on a baking tray. Spread an even layer of grated parmesan. Bake on 180 degrees C for around 8 minutes or until golden (they burn very easily, so keep an eye on the oven while they cook). Let cool and break into smaller pieces for the garnish.
