NAHardware (e-file only) manicure isn’t as universal as the combined method with cutting tools — it won’t work on certain complex cuticles. But for normal skin, as well as wet or dry thin cuticles with a clear cut line, it’s an excellent and efficient option.

Direction: Forward
Cheek—to lift the skin
Belly—to remove it
Bit: Red ball 3.5 mm (or a cone of similar diameter)
The angle of your handpiece matters — I demonstrate it in the video 👌🏼
Pay attention to the natural curve of the fold. Skin has its own pattern (also shown in the video), and you need to follow it to avoid lifting or tearing.
A ball bit is an advanced tool, but absolutely one of the first you should add when stepping up your e-file game.
