Everyone is different obviously but in terms of the negative side effect claims of hair loss, that’s proven to be false. As well as acne and bloating, again proven to be false unless the creatine you consume isn’t micronized. The regular version can leave people a bit bloated because it doesn’t digest as well. That’s why I use and recommend @legion recharge - their creatine is micronized and leaves no bloating issues.
