I came here for a marathon, but I left with so much more.
I ran through streets filled with history, across bridges that connect continents, and alongside thousands of people chasing their own strength. And somewhere between the start and the finish, I fell in love - with the city, with the energy, and with myself all over again.
This trip reminded me why I love challenges, movement, and choosing discomfort over comfort.
Every kilometer felt like a conversation with myself: you’re stronger than you think, keep going.
The mornings were soft, the evenings were golden, and my body was tired in the best possible way.
I felt alive. I felt proud. I felt present.
Istanbul gave me memories, discipline, inspiration, and a quiet kind of happiness I didn’t know I needed.
And if I’m being honest… I already miss it.
