However… this year, we’ll be home so I want to go all out for it! I snagged these gorgeous dishes and decorations to create a fun, yet elegant Easter tablescape. I shied away from the classic pastels and went for a gold / white palette, because I wanted to invest in pieces that I could reuse for other holidays and special dinners in the future. I LOVE how it turned out! After Easter dinner, we’re planning do an Easter egg hunt for Elizabeth. It might be her last year for that, so I’m really soaking this Easter in. Served up with cheesy au gratin potatoes and a kick of spice in the cabbage—it’s a holiday meal to remember. Stock up on all your Easter essentials at The Fresh Grocer! Honey Glazed Easter Ham Ingredients: • 1 spiral-cut ham (8-10 lbs) • 1/2 cup Bowl & Basket brown sugar • 1/4 cup honey • 1/4 cup orange juice • 4 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1-2 oranges, sliced Instructions: 1. Prep the Ham: Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a roasting pan with orange slices and place the ham on top. 2. Make the Glaze: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in brown sugar, honey, orange juice, and Dijon mustard. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. 3. Glaze & Bake: Pour half of the warm glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it well. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5-2 hours, basting every 20 minutes with pan juices. 4.
