Hot fudge brownie muffins🤎😮‍💨 aka the recipe that needs to be at the top of your list. if you’re a choccy lover, this is for you!! #RECIPE Ingredients - 1/2 cup Coconut oil, melted - 1 cup Chocolate chips - 1 cup self raising flour - 1 cup almond flour - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1/2 cup maple syrup - 2/3 cup milk - 1 egg - 1 tsp ground coffee, dissolved in a tosp of water - 200g milk chocolate block (reserve some to sprinkle) Method: 1. Preheat oven to 170°C and line a muffin tin with liners. 2. Melt coconut oil & chocolate chips together until smooth. 3. In one bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. In another, mix wet ingredients. Combine both to form a smooth batter. 4. Mix in melted chocolate & Fold in roughly chopped chocolate (approx. 150g). 5. Spoon batter evenly into muffin liners, top with extra chocolate chunks. 6. Bake for approx. 20 - 25minutes - be careful not to overbake if you want a fudgy center! 7. Galaxy cookie crumble is one of the best chocolates, so why not put it into the best cookie recipe (Tanya burr cookies 😋) Ingredients: - 300g caster sugar - 200g softened unsalted butter - 1 large egg - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 325g self raising flour - a dash of milk if the dough is dry/crumbly - 400g galaxy cookie crumble chocolate (plus more if you want to top it with chocolate too!) This no-bake Malteser slice is dangerously easy to make and even easier to eat. Crunchy, chocolatey, and perfect for when you need a quick sweet fix—no oven required! Recipe: 1 packet, 250g scotch finger biscuits 70g butter, melted 20g golden syrup 180g condensed milk (about ½ can) 160g Maltesers, crushed 180g block of milk chocolate 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or mild tasting olive oil) Maltesers for the top (I used a 280g packet for the whole recipe) Crush biscuits to a fine crumb and place in a medium size bowl. Melt butter and golden syrup together and add to bowl with biscuit crumb. Add condensed milk, pinch of salt, and crushed Maltesers. Stir until combined. Place mixture into a lined baking tray and flatten down. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 30 second bursts until melted. Pour on top of base. Add extra Maltesers to the top. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours until set, cut into squares. Grease a 9x9-inch pan or line with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. What’s not to love?! ❤️✨ the perfect easy baking recipe. Full recipe below, tag who would love these in the comments 🤤 2 lb loaf tin, greased & parchement lined 3 heaped tbsp good quality honey 45g butter Large pinch of flaky sea salt (I like maldon) 40g cornflakes 120g milk or dark chocolate, melted Add the honey, butter & salt to a microwave proof large mixing bowl. Heat for 20-30 seconds until butter is melted and stir to combine. Before adding the cornflakes, lightly crush 2-3 handfuls of them until they break into fine pieces, this helps the bars to hold together. Add the cornflakes and stir again. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius fan if using the oven or 160 degrees Celsius if baking in an airfryer like I did. Bake for 16-18 mins until golden and bubbling. Leave to set for 30 mins then add the chocolate. Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 🍪 I’m a mum to a toddler, and while I love creating nourishing snacks, I’m all about balance and these are my ultimate guilty pleasure. These brown butter chocolate chip cookies are crisp on the edges, soft and chewy in the middle, and have that rich, nutty depth from the browned butter that makes them completely irresistible. Here’s what I used: • 170g (¾ cup) unsalted butter • 150g (¾ cup) brown sugar • 50g (¼ cup) white sugar • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 190g (1 ½ cups) plain flour • 150g (¾ cup) chocolate chips or chunks (dark or milk) • Optional: flaky sea salt for topping I browned the butter in a saucepan until golden and nutty, then let it cool. Whisked in the sugars, egg, yolk, and vanilla until smooth and glossy. Added the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until just combined, then folded through the chocolate. You can chill the dough for 30 minutes for extra flavour, but they’re just as delicious straight into the oven. Baked at 175°C for 9–11 minutes until the edges were golden and the centres just set.
