Late to the viral cottage cheese bowl party… but we finally gave it a go. And yep, the DMs were right. Honey Heat is perfect for this. Here’s how we made it 👇 • Chop up some yams • Toss with olive oil + flaky salt • Roast at 400°F for about 30 mins While that’s roasting, mix a quick seasoning: chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, and a little curry powder. Build your bowl: • Cottage cheese • Lettuce • Roasted yams • Seasoning mix I forgot the avocado (tragic) Covered it up with a big drizzle of Gladstone Honey Heat and it was 🔥 Sweet, spicy, honestly lives up to the hype. Air fry sweet potatoes on 400 F for ~20 minutes 2. Blend cottage cheese with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice 3. Cook lean ground beef with Worcestershire sauce 4. Viral Protein Bowl Ok, so I’m not one to follow viral recipes as they usually aren’t good and also I don’t have TikTok (zero plans to ever get it) so when I saw this all over the place I was a little skeptical…. It’s somehow shown up on my feed daily for the past month so I figured to try it and hate it… BUT, actually really liked it! It’s crazy easy to make and somehow all the flavors work and it’s packed with protein which apparently is still all the craze! The perfect easy weeknight bowl. The Viral TikTok Protein bowl recipe calls for cottage cheese, I don’t love cottage cheese so I subbed it out for fresh mozzarella balls but feel free to do whichever cheese you like. Enjoy!!! ❤️ Christina *Viral Protein Bowl* Roasted sweet Potato Ground organic taco meat Sautéed cherry tomatoes Diced Avocado Fresh Mozzerella balls Drizzle of hot honey I roasted sweet potatoes with paprika and garlic salt and olive oil for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cooked turkey meat with my favorite taco seasoning @sietefoods Blistered the cherry tomatoes but just adding them to a hot pan of olive oil for only about 2 minutes just to get a nice blister to them. Added diced avocado and fresh mozzerella to bowl with turkey meat and sweet potato and drizzled hot honey all over. #viral #protein #protein bowl #tiktok #easyrecipe

THE VIRAL HOT HONEY COTTAGE CHEESE BEEF BOWL A balanced bowl with roasted sweet potato, tahini cottage cheese, pickled red onions and harissa beef. You can swap beef for any mince you like and honestly this makes a great formula for a filling high protein nutritious meal. You will need to serve 2 540 kcal & 38g protein For the bowl 
200g 5% beef mince 1 tsp harissa paste 300g sweet potato, diced 1 tsp garlic granules 3 tbsp cottage cheese 1 heaped tsp tahini Juice of 1 lemon (split between components) 1 red onion 50ml each white wine vinegar + water 1 tsp honey Salad: ½ cucumber, 12 cherry tomatoes, a handful of parsley, lemon juice To finish: 30g feta, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, drizzle of hot honey (or honey + pinch chilli flakes) Method Preheat the oven to 200°C fan or airfryer. Toss the diced sweet potato with garlic granules and roast on a baking tray for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and soft. Finely slice the red onion. In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar, water and honey to a v gentle simmer, then add in the onion. Set aside to pickle while you prepare everything else. Add the beef mince and harissa to a non-stick pan and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon as it browns and crisps around the edges. In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, tahini and juice of half the lemon until smooth and creamy. Dice the cucumber, halve the tomatoes and chop the parsley. Toss together with the remaining lemon juice. To assemble, divide the tahini cottage cheese between two bowls, then layer on the roasted sweet potato, harissa beef, salad and pickled onion. Top with crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds and a drizzle of hot honey just before serving. #healthy #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes #hothoney #highprotein #dinnerideas

This easy, 30-minute bowl will have you surprised at how a simple swap can amp up your everyday dinner. It’s the perfect high-protein, post-workout meal that actually hits the spot 👨‍🍳 GROUND TACO TURKEY - Ground turkey - Chili powder - Chipotle powder - Garlic powder - Paprika - Ground cumin - Oregano - Salt & pepper - 1/4 white onion, chopped BLACK BEANS - Can of black beans, rinsed - Vegetable stock - Water - Cilantro - 1/4 white onion, chopped - Honey - Salt and pepper CHIPOTLE-CILANTRO-LIME SAUCE - 1/2 jalapeño, seeded - Bunch of cilantro - Juice from 3/4 of a lime - 3 cloves garlic - 4 tbsp cottage cheese - 2 chipotles in adobo, pureed - Salt and pepper - Olive oil THE GRUBMAN METHOD 🤌 1. Toss your sweet potatoes in olive oil/salt and roast at 400°F until tender. 2. Sauté the onion until soft, add the ground turkey and brown it. Toss in your spice blend and a splash of water to keep it juicy. 3. Cook your white rice in a rice cooker or on the stove with water, a chicken bouillon cube, and salt and pepper. 4. Simmer the beans with onion, stock, and honey for about 10 minutes. Stir in fresh cilantro at the end. 5. Throw everything for the sauce into a blender or food processor and blitz until completely smooth. 6. Layer your rice, turkey, beans, and potatoes. Top with red onion and a heavy drizzle of that sauce.
