We've been introduced to @elfabshop some years ago by a friend working in DIP (Dubai Investment Park). ElFab is a wholesale supplier for many restaurants and hotels in Dubai but is also selling to private persons if one goes to their HQ in DIP. Worth going all the way there? Absolutely, as the prices have no competition.
We used to go there from time to time, taking a leap of faith every time when we bought something but we were never disappointed. I'm saying "leap of faith" because nobody can see the products and choose, just look at the inventory and order. Most of the meat is frozen but, as mentioned, we never had bad surprises.
Now, Elfab is making our lives much easier as we can order online. I ordered the BBQ box at the price around AED 270 containing the followings:
*2kg of Chicken breast bone skinless
* 4x10 Chicken Franks
* 1.8kg of Chicken Drumsticks
* 2 kg of Chicken Thigh Bone skinless
* Wagyu Beef Burger 5×100 grams
* 2 x Beef T-Bone Steak
* 1kg of Beef Mince
* Lamb Rack of 1.2 Kg
A lot of meat for such little money and very good quality, too. Please note that everything is frozen.
