It’s the gold standard for training top-tier athletes, and being in this environment—learning in the classroom while watching NFL, MLB, and other pros put these principles into action—is next level. Este registro fue tomado durante el práctico de balísticos de la mentoría Fase 1 de EXOS, un espacio donde no solo se aprende qué enseñar, sino también cómo enseñarlo. Porque una buena demostración no es simplemente “hacer el ejercicio”. Es mostrar intención, timing, posición, coordinación y propósito. Es entregarle al alumno una referencia clara de movimiento. Es elevar el estándar de la sesión antes incluso de decir una palabra. Muchas veces, el cuerpo aprende más rápido viendo una ejecución limpia que escuchando diez correcciones. Pioche et teste ces exos pour tes séances ! • Curl sur banc incliné aux haltères (mon préféré 👀) : très efficace mais à condition de bien le réaliser ! • Curl marteau aux haltères : il va te permettre de mettre + lourd (attention à l’exécution) • Curl sur pupitre à l’haltère : sur celui-ci, ne tends pas complètement ton bras pour éviter les blessures ! • Curl à la poulie avec la barre droite/EZ (un dernier pour la fin😊) : simple et complet grâce à la poulie qui te donne plein de possibilités ! 📌 3 séries • 10 à 15 reps ⏱️ Repos : 60 - 90 secondes 👉 Technique propre + intensité + régularité = résultats ! #musculation #biceps #conseil #muscu #entrainement

Upping my coaching skills with @exoseducation in Phoenix, AZ 😎 Working on a new coaching certification - the EXOS Performance Mentorship. This program is broken down into 3 different phases, and each phase is taught over a 4-day period. I’m in Phoenix, Arizona for the next 2 weeks completing Phases 1 & 2. Day 01 stuff: ✅ hang out at EXOS all day ✅ about 5 hours of lecturing (with plenty of movement breaks) ✅ ~2 hours of “practical,” or hands-on learning in on the gym and on the turf ✅ today’s learnings: introduction to the EXOS training system, movement prep (how to create a structured warm-up for your training system - including hip activations, dynamic exercise choices, movement skills, rapid response/neural activations), and some plyometrics (jumps, hops, bounds and some box work) ✅ other things to note: coffee & snacks provided, lots of breaks between lectures, hands-on application in the gym, lunch provided on campus ✅✅ and major bonus meeting trainers and therapists from all over the US - Texas, Georgia, LA, Wisconsin, Florida, Boston, and one traveled all the way from Japan!)
