🥗 Plate #1 → ~1g of fiber
🥣 Plate #2 → 21–23g of fiber 6 foods rich in fiber (per 100g):
🌱 Chia seeds – 34g
🌾 Flaxseeds – 27g
🥣 Lentils – 11g
🍇 Raspberries – 6.5g
🌾 Oats – 10g
🌿 Artichokes – 5.5g 6 foods low in fiber (even if they seem “healthy”):
🥬 Iceberg lettuce – 1g
🥒 Cucumbers – 0.5g
🍉 Watermelon – 0.4g

Do you eat these last two every day also? It’s crazy that 90+ percentage of people do not get enough fiber. They only get like 12 to 15 g a day when they should be getting 30. The reason is that the gut microbiome is so connected to your brain, hormones, immune system that you need to improve that in order to improve the others.
