One thing I loved too is that the bookstore also said they love when people just come in to look as well - even though the books look so impressive from the outside, don’t hesitate to go on in a take a look! They don’t mind at all and it makes them very happy :)

Confession:
I realized I was getting intellectually lazy with AI.
Not publicly. Quietly.
My work looked better than ever, cleaner, faster, polished.
That’s what scared me.
So this month I stopped using AI for:
• First drafts
• Core arguments
• Strategic decisions
• Hard feedback
• Messy thinking
Because I noticed something uncomfortable:
When AI speaks first, my brain speaks less.
The tension disappears.
And tension is where sharp judgment is built.
AI is powerful at refinement.
But if it replaces the struggle, it slowly replaces your edge.
So I changed the rule:
I go first. AI goes second.
If I can’t think it through without AI,
I’m not ready to scale it with AI.

I hate writing first drafts. Specifically the first 20,000 words of a new book. I just keep telling myself to get some words down even if they don’t make sense and I’ll fill in the plot holes and inconsistencies later.
