if you are training your pullups like a streetlifter it is not going to transfer as much to the front lever. Weighted pullups is good especially if you are taller individual (no excuse lol) What you want in your pullups is: -Upper ribs and lower ribs depressed -Tuck pelvic -Scapula protracted -Pull elbow to ribs in hollow body position Am not saying this is the perfect way to learn the front levers but it definitely helped me once I change my pullup form DM "ARC" if you want to start your front lever journey with me in strategically and objectively #calisthenics
