JALet’s talk #nighttimeroutine! This is how you can preserve your blowout / silk press / roller set to maintain it throughout the week! This is my tried and true method that never lets me down.
A couple things though:
1. If you’ve got some freeze, a heatless option would be to add a little oil or cream to the ends of your hair and then roll with the rods.
2. If you are adding some heat, use a low heat setting and you only need to gently warm your hair up before immediately rolling it up.
3. If you don’t have the @overnightblowout rods, you can also pin curl your hair or use flexi rods instead! Adding rollers on top will give you volume without making it uncomfortable to sleep.
