YOUR SIGN TO BOOK A FLOATING SPA The most calming experience ever at @thefloatingspa and Nav is the most zen, kindest person I’ve ever had the joy in meeting, he’ll put you at ease immediately✨ When you arrive you’re given some time in the hangout area whilst you fill out the relevant forms and then are taken to the pod rooms where everything is explained. Each individual has there own room which is setup with the pod and also showers (there’s a separate room with hairdryers and mirrors). Music will play in the pod for the first 10 minutes to ease you in and will also return for the last 5 minutes, other than that it is silence. There is options to have lights on steady, rainbow or completely off. You can also choose how open you want your pod. Having it closed with the lights off sounds scary however within 5 minutes you’ll be opting for that!! You can also choose what to wear whether it be a swimsuit, your birthday suit or anything as long as it’s not restrictive on you, ie you wouldn’t wanna wear jeans. You drift around weightlessly in a tub of salty body temperature water for the full hour with no distractions or technology and are just peacefully alone with your thoughts (unless you fall asleep)💤 it’s extremely calming and an amazing reset, we both had the best nights sleep ever on the evening!! Afterwards, you are able to take your time showering etc and are welcome to stay and chill in the hangout for as long as you like. Nothing ever felt like a rush at all even thought we were late arriving. However now having experienced it, it’s hella relaxing. - We was in the sauna for 30 minutes and the TV in their made it fun bc you can put whatever you want on. I can’t last in a sauna so i kept leaving like every five minutes. - The floating portion was def my favorite. I didn’t understand how it was gonna make us float but it did. You can Lowkey fall asleep in that room that’s how relaxing it was. They’ll tell you to put petroleum jelly on any cuts you have, please listen to them lol. The way this made me realize i had cuts all on my legs smh.
